Employees who are unable to use artificial intelligence (AI) and media companies that do not integrate new technologies into their work processes are at a competitive disadvantage, according to a recent study by the National Media and Communications Authority (NMHH).
The use of generative AI solutions in the Hungarian media and communications market is still only in an experimental stage.
Most have already tried ChatGPT, but so far they have typically experienced difficulties with it rather than an increase in efficiency.
Research also showed that the effects of the application of generative AI technologies have not yet been felt on the Hungarian labor market.
The impact of AI technology on the domestic media market was examined through interviews with experts, while its general domestic awareness, use and acceptance were examined through an online, representative questionnaire survey by the NMHH and the Communication and Information Science Association (HTE).
